Kevin J. Beach

Kevin Beach is a respected and accomplished National Title Insurance Executive with over 35 years of diverse experiences through Title Operations, Information Services, and Technology providers. He is the founder of Title Information Associates, a consulting firm providing insights and solutions for the Title Insurance and Real Estate Information industries and Title Data Specialists, a bespoke title searching and customized data provider specializing in large scale portfolio transactions.

Kevin has served the Title Industry and related information and technology services with four decades executive and operational experiences from a wide range of positions. Starting from hand-posting title documents to building and leading national data and software solutions to National production and settlement services; he brings end-to-end expertise to manage all aspects of the title insurance business from start-up and local retail operations to National underwriter and agency operations.

Kevin has served in senior operational and executive leadership roles at Selene Title, WFG National Title, Stewart Title, Property Insight, and Data Trace along with start-up firms Next Ace and Advantage Ware.

Kevin is an active member of the American Land Title Association, Land Title Association of Arizona, Texas Land Title Association and the Association of Title Information Management. He has a passion for the history of the “dirt,” collaborative team building and driving continuous improvement for success.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco.

Kevin and his wife Pamela reside in Phoenix, AZ and are avid cyclists, hikers, travelers, and foodies.
